Strength Yoga
A hybrid form of yoga that is considered as “the most athletic style”. You will be moving swiftly between poses, matching your breath to your movement. The momentum is fast, and stretches are vigorous, as the objective is to build strength, alignment, and flexibility.

MM Signature
Unlock your true strength with this one-of-a-kind workout developed by Melvin Wong. You will be performing movements with your own body weight, where muscle and core strength, flexibility, stability, and focus will be challenged.

Bootycamp
A lower body focused program to tone and strengthen your glutes, thighs, hamstrings, and more; which will result in improved speed, power, and overall sports performance.

HIIT
An interval training that combines short bursts of intense exercises alternated with lower intensity exercises or recovery periods.

Strength
The exercises are focused on the use of resistance to build strength and lean muscle mass. One of the best ways to permanently change your body composition.

Warrior Run Technical
A program of fundamental drills to improve your running techniques, strengthen the muscles used for running; making you a more powerful, efficient, and faster runner. Not ready to run but would like to work on your cardio? There will be alternatives to jump rope, row, or cycle.

Warrior Run
This program is designed to boost your running speed, strength, and endurance. You will be running at various pace and speed in this session; short, powerful, and long distance included.

MM Stretching
In this session, you will be moving your body to release tensions from muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons to increase flexibility, range of motion, and your performance. Unlike the typical stretching, at times movements are to be held for a longer period.
