Guidelines
Physical Condition and Medical Advice
- All attendees must be in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent their intended participation in the outdoor group classes. If an attendee has any health or medical concerns prior to or while attending group classes, it is their responsibility to discuss any concerns with a doctor before attending any session.
Class Booking and Cancellation
- Do ensure that your membership is currently active prior to booking a class.
- Confirmation class booking and information on what to bring are sent via e-mail.
- Cancellation of a class is to be done 12 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.
- Members will be informed in advance for changes on classes, times, and locations. Refund of credits to Movement Method membership will be offered to cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, such as weather conditions.
General
- Proper workout attire must be worn when attending classes; no sandals, open toed or open-backed shoes are permitted.
- Movement Method Fitness and its Instructors are not responsible for any personal property that is damaged, stolen, or lost while in or around the Group Class locations.
- While attending classes, participants must at all times:
- Follow the instructions and advice of the instructors
- Inform the Instructor immediately if they feel unwell or any discomforts, or are not coping with the technical, physical or mental demands of the class; or if they notice any other attendee who appear to be in discomfort or who are not coping.
- By attending classes, events, activities of Movement Method Fitness, you recognize that the program requires physical exertion that may be strenuous at times and may cause physical injury and that you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage known or unknown which you might incur as a result of participating in the program.
You knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim you may have against Movement Method Fitness for injuries or damages you may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
