Melvin | Head Coach
Melvin is a medical school graduate and has always been very intrigued by athletics, nutrition, modern medicine and human capabilities. He is a RYT-200 and a certified Yin Yoga teacher.

Adrian | HIIT instructor
Adrian has been an instructor since 2019; leading Spinning, HIIT, Strength and Run classes. He believes in attracting like-minded people and influencing whoever you want to, by simply being your authentic self.
